ServiceNow announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Armis for $7.75 billion in cash. Armis is a leader in the fields of network exposure management and information physical security, providing comprehensive attack surface network risk management for enterprises, governments, and critical infrastructure managing IT, operational technology, medical devices, and other environments. This acquisition will expand ServiceNow's security workflow product line and advance its AI-native, proactive network security and vulnerability response capabilities covering all connected devices. By combining real-time asset discovery, threat intelligence, and risk prioritization with automated remediation and response workflows, ServiceNow and Armis will build a unified end-to-end security technology stack that can execute "observe, decide, and act" throughout the entire technology footprint.
