Zhixiaocaijing APP News, Shenghui Clean Energy (02521.HK) announced that on December 23, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Tianyou Shenghui, plans to acquire the target patents from Shenzhen Baishida for a total consideration of 4 million yuan. The target patents include 15 patents exclusively owned by Shenzhen Baishida, including 13 utility model patents and two design patents.
