The Zhitong Finance APP News reported that Aolian Electronics (300585.SZ) has issued an announcement, stating that on December 19, 2025, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder Guangxi Ruiying Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("Ruiying Asset") that Ruiying Asset is planning to transfer part of the company's equity through an agreement, which may result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. Following the company's application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, trading of the company's stock has been suspended since the market opened on December 22.
