The Zhitong Finance and Economics App reports that New Frontier Pharmaceuticals (06108.HK) has announced that the conditions of the allotment matters set out in the subscription agreement have been met and will be completed on December 23, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 33.32 million shares of new shares (approximately 16.66% of the company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement) have been allocated to not less than six underwriters at a subscription price of HK$0.225 per share. The net proceeds from the allotment matters are approximately HK$7.4 million.
