The new version of the "Shanghai Community Leasing Service Directory for Rehabilitation Aids" will be officially implemented starting December 2025, with a total of 61 products from 52 businesses selected. In Shanghai, community leasing services for rehabilitation aids are rapidly entering thousands of households. Under government subsidies, eligible elderly individuals can receive up to a 70% subsidy for renting rehabilitation aids. It is understood that there are now over 220 community leasing points for rehabilitation aids established in Shanghai, covering all 216 streets and townships in the city. Applicants or their agents can submit lease applications online through the "Suishenban" system, or visit community leasing service points to apply in person.
