Jinke Environment: Intends to acquire 100% equity of Tangshan Eric Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. for 84.8 million yuan.

Kingco Environment announced that it plans to acquire 100% of the equity of Tangshan Eric Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. from Raynergy Industrial Water Infrastructure Asia Limited for a total consideration of 84.8 million yuan, including 54.8 million yuan in cash and 30 million yuan worth of new Water Island products. After the completion of the transaction, Eric will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, has been approved by the board of directors, and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting.
