Equity Acquisition Agreement" with Guangdong Xinshen Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "target company"), Jin Haifeng, Jin Haicheng, Wang Zongyou, and Tian Nianbin. The company plans to purchase a total of 55% equity of the target company held by Jin Haifeng and Jin Haicheng for RMB 16.5 million in cash, while Mr. Wang Zongyou, the actual controller of the company, plans to purchase a total of 2.5% equity of the target company held by Jin Haifeng and Jin Haicheng for RMB 750,000 in cash, and Mr. Tian Nianbin, the actual controller of the company, plans to purchase a total of 2.5% equity of the target company held by Jin Haifeng and Jin Haicheng for RMB 750,000 in cash.
