Previously, due to the inability to repay matured debts and a clear lack of repayment capability, the company was applied for reorganization by creditor Ningbo Zhaotai Energy Equipment Co.,Ltd. and initiated the pre-reorganization procedure. An interim administrator has openly recruited reorganization investors, and work such as creditor claims and review, audit evaluation, etc. is being carried out in an orderly manner. The company stated that as of the date of this announcement, it has not received relevant legal documents from the court accepting the reorganization application, and there is still uncertainty in the progress of the reorganization process.
