The total number of shares issued this time is 19.33334 million, accounting for 25% of the total share capital after the issuance. The issuance price is 80.44 yuan per share. 19.33000 million shares are issued online, accounting for 99.9983% of the total issuance, and the remaining 334 shares are underwritten by the sponsor. On December 23, 2025, an online subscription lottery draw will be conducted, with a total of 38,666 winning numbers. Each winning number can subscribe to 500 shares. Investors are required to fulfill their payment obligations on December 24. If the number of shares subscribed and paid for is less than 70% of the issuance quantity, the issuance will be suspended.
