Shandong Yaobo announced on December 23 that due to his age, Hu Yonggang has applied to resign from his positions as the chairman of the company, a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, and will no longer serve as the legal representative of the company. After resigning, Hu Yonggang will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. During the vacancy of the chairman, the company will choose a director to act as chairman with the consent of more than half of the directors.
