Nova Nebula: received special financing support for repurchasing shares not exceeding 135 million yuan

On December 23, Novastar Nebula announced that it has recently obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by the Xi'an Branch of China Merchants Bank, agreeing to provide the company with special loans not exceeding 135 million yuan for financing support for the repurchase of company shares. The total amount of this repurchase fund is no less than 75 million yuan and not more than 150 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 240 yuan per share.
