Thailand makes affirmative final ruling on the fifth anti-dumping sunset review of citric acid from China.

On December 18th, the Thai Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Commission issued a notice announcing the fifth sunset review affirmative final ruling on anti-dumping duties on citric acid originating from China. It was determined that anti-dumping duties will continue to be levied on the products involved, with a rate of 57.79% based on the CIF price, for a period of 5 years. The Thai customs code for the products involved is 2918.14.00.000. The notice will take effect from the day after its publication.
