Yesterday, it was learned from China General Nuclear Power Corporation that the No. 2 unit of the Lufeng Nuclear Power Project in Guangdong, China has begun pouring the first concrete for the nuclear island, marking the start of construction for the main project of this unit. The Lufeng Nuclear Power Project of China General Nuclear Power Corporation is located in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, and plans to build 6 million kilowatt pressurized water reactor nuclear units. The total amount of concrete poured this time is about 6635 cubic meters, with a duration of approximately 64 hours.
