The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has learned from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs that by 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will work with relevant departments to solidly promote the construction of high-standard farmland, strengthen policy and funding guarantees, and consolidate the foundation of national food security. Specifically, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will comprehensively improve the system of system construction. According to the Implementation Plan for Gradually Building Permanent Basic Farmland into High-Standard Farmland issued by the Central Committee and the State Council, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will scientifically guide all regions in the country to continuously promote the construction of high-standard farmland; issue documents such as the "Quality Management Measures for the Construction of High-Standard Farmland," the "Completion Acceptance Measures for High-Standard Farmland Construction Projects," and the "Maintenance Measures for High-Standard Farmland Engineering Facilities" to provide institutional support for the construction, operation, maintenance, and utilization of high-standard farmland.
