Far East Development (00035) plans to sell its subsidiary's commercial development project in Plaza Damas for 55 million Malaysian Ringgit.

Wisdom Investor APP News, Far East Development (00035) announced that on December 22, 2025, Seller Target Term Sdn. Bhd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a sales and purchase agreement with Buyer Surplus Pact (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. The seller conditionally agrees to sell and the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the assets for a total consideration of 55 million Malaysian Ringgit (equivalent to approximately 105 million Hong Kong dollars), subject to the terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement.
