Geely Automobile (00175.HK) completes its privatization of Cari Private Limited.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Geely Automobile (00175.HK) announced that all prerequisites for the transactions (including privatization and merger matters) under the merger agreement have been met, and the related transactions were completed on December 22, 2025. After the completion of the transactions under the merger agreement: according to the privatization arrangement, the company has acquired all issued and outstanding shares of Geely and Geely American Depositary Shares. According to the merger matters, the merged subsidiary has merged with Geely, and Geely will continue to operate as the surviving entity. Therefore, Geely has been privatized as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
