Tianpu Corporation: You Jianyi resigns as Chairman and General Manager for personal reasons.

Tian Pu Holdings announced on the evening of December 22nd that the Board of Directors received a written resignation letter from the Chairman and General Manager, You Jianyi, on December 21, 2025. You Jianyi resigned from the positions of Chairman, Director, and General Manager of the third Board of Directors of the company due to personal reasons. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Company's Articles of Association, this is also considered as resigning from the position of legal representative. After the resignation takes effect, You Jianyi will continue to hold relevant positions in subsidiaries of the company. With the unanimous consent of all the directors of the company, the Director Shen Weiyi has been endorsed to temporarily act as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of the Strategic Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee, and authorized to represent the company in signing relevant documents.
