Bog Cloud New Materials: Gaocreat Investment has reduced its shareholding by 1%

Boyun New Materials announced that Gaochuang Investment plans to reduce its holdings by 5.73 million shares through centralized bidding from December 5 to 9, 2025 and December 19, 2025, at a price of 10.12 yuan per share and 10.29 yuan per share respectively. After the reduction, Gaochuang Investment will hold 32.7272 million shares, accounting for 5.71% of the total share capital.
