Wisdom Financial News APP learned that Xusheng Group (603305.SH) announced on December 22, 2025, that Guangzhou Industrial Control Group, Industrial Control Automotive Parts Group, Xu Xudong, Chen Xingfang, Xusheng Holdings, and Sunray Industry signed the "Agreement on the Acquisition of Controlling Rights of Ningbo Xusheng Group Co., Ltd." Mr. Xu Xudong intends to transfer his 51% stake in Xusheng Holdings to Guangzhou Industrial Control Group, while Ms. Chen Xingfang intends to transfer her 16% and 33% stakes in Xusheng Holdings to Guangzhou Industrial Control Group and Industrial Control Automotive Parts Group, respectively. On the same day, Industrial Control Automotive Parts Group, Sunray Industry, and Xu Xudong signed the "Agreement on the Transfer of Shares of Guangzhou Industrial Control Automotive Parts Group Ltd. with Hong Kong Sunray Industry Ltd. and Xu Xudong regarding the shares of Ningbo Xusheng Group Co., Ltd." Sunray Industry and Xu Xudong will transfer their 28.9 million shares of unlimited tradable shares (accounting for 2.5006% of the total share capital) through an agreement to Industrial Control Automotive Parts Group in one go.
