Recently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuoran Shuzhi, signed a "Supplementary Agreement" with the owners Dongjing Green Energy and Inner Mongolia Dongjing Zhongke New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and the EPC general contractor Shanxi Installation under the "General Contract for the Construction Project of 1.2 Million Tons of PBAT Biodegradable Polyester per Year by Inner Mongolia Dongjing Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd." The "Supplementary Agreement" signed this time further clarifies the total amount of orders that Zhuoran Shuzhi will receive under the project under the original contract cooperation model. According to the "Supplementary Agreement," Zhuoran Shuzhi will be responsible for equipment supply, and the total contract amount is expected to be approximately 4.033 billion yuan, accounting for 142.09% of the company's audited operating income in 2024.
