Shenda Corporation announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Auria Corporation, signed a $60 million credit agreement with the Shanghai branch of China Merchants Bank on April 18, 2025. On December 22, Shenda Corporation signed an irrevocable guarantee for a $39.5 million loan that Auria Corporation intends to draw. The guarantee is joint and several liability, with a term of three years beyond the borrowing or advance payment date. As of the date of the announcement, the total amount guaranteed by the company for Auria Corporation is $2.188 billion, accounting for 68.64% of the audited net assets as of the end of 2024, and none of them are overdue. The risk of this guarantee is within the expected amount and controllable.
