The General Office of the People's Government of Henan Province issued a notice on the implementation of a number of policy measures to accelerate the improvement of the fertility support policy system in Henan Province and promote the construction of a fertility-friendly society. The notice emphasizes strengthening housing policy support. It proposes to reasonably increase the upper limit of housing provident fund loans and to increase the loan amount by 20% for families with multiple children. For families with multiple children who already own a set of housing in the local area and purchase another commercial housing, it can be recognized as the first set of housing. Innovative individual housing credit models are being developed to offer higher matching housing financial products to young people without houses. Various channels will be used to increase the supply of affordable housing land, and efforts will be made to purchase existing commercial housing for use as affordable housing. Families with underage children who meet the conditions will be included in the urban housing guarantee scope, and appropriate consideration will be given to the distribution of household types based on the number of underage children.
