Guiguang Network: plans to increase 18.65 million yuan in routine related transactions for the year 2025.

Guiguang Network announced that, based on daily operations and actual business needs, it plans to add new related transactions for the sale of goods or provision of services with Guizhou Expressway Data Operations Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Communication Industry Service Co., Ltd. in 2025, with a total expected amount of 18.65 million yuan. From January to November 2025, the actual total amount of related transactions amounted to 6.1859 million yuan. The amount of this new related transaction does not exceed 5% of the audited net assets of the company at the end of 2024, and thus does not require shareholder approval. The pricing of related transactions follows the principles of fairness and reasonableness, and will not damage the interests of shareholders or create dependence on related parties for the company.
