The Zhijing Finance APP reported that Tianchen Holdings (01201.HK) announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Fujian Times Nebula Technology Co., Ltd. (Times Nebula), a company in China focused on the research and industrialization of new energy storage applications, and ZHH Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (ZHH Smart), a company in Hong Kong mainly operating ultra-fast electric vehicle charging stations.
