Guotai Junan Securities: The actual controller and acting in concert party completed the transfer of 931,500 shares of A-shares for free.

Guotai Haitong Securities announced that, due to internal management needs, the asset management company of the controlling shareholder Guotai International Group will transfer its 931,505 A-shares to Guotai International Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Guotai International Group Asset Management Company at no cost. The transfer of ownership was completed and registered on December 22, 2025. After the transfer, the asset management company will no longer hold any A-shares of the company, while Guotai International Group Asset Management Company will hold 35,663,657 shares. The combined shareholding percentage of Guotai International Group and its consistent actors remains at 20.40%, and there has been no change in the company's controlling shareholder and ultimate controller.
