China Financial Investment Management (00605.HK) announced on the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP that on December 22, 2025, Shenzhen Lingda Small Loan (as the lender) entered into a loan agreement with the customer FM Shenzhen Dexiu Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (as the borrower). According to the agreement, Shenzhen Lingda Small Loan agreed to extend a loan of RMB 29.98 million to the borrower for a period of six months.
