CITIC Publishing: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of 30.4242 million yuan in the mid-term of 2025.

CITIC Publishing announced that the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 has approved the 2025 interim equity distribution plan. Based on a total share capital of 190,151,515 shares, a cash dividend of 1.60 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, with a total proposed cash dividend distribution of 30,424,200 yuan, without bonus shares or capitalization. The date of record for equity registration is December 26, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is December 29, 2025. The company has commissioned the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited to distribute cash dividends to A-share shareholders, while some shareholders will receive cash dividends directly from the company.
