Dongbao Bio announced that its shareholder Hainan Banashengyuan Technology Co., Ltd. has pledged 33.3354 million shares, accounting for 66.5958% of its holdings and 3.7398% of Dongbao Bio's total share capital. The pledge started on December 12, 2025, with China CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. as the pledgee for the funding needs of the Hainan project construction.
