Power Source Technology announced that it has recently received an enforcement ruling from the People's Court of Longkou City, Shandong Province, freezing a total of 576,500 yuan in the fundraising special account at Shaoxing Bank. This is due to a dispute over a construction contract involving Li Xueguo, Zhang Lin, Liu Yuanzhou, and the company, with Li Xueguo applying for property preservation. Apart from the frozen funds, the other funds in the account can be used normally, and there are no restrictions on the company's other major bank accounts. The frozen funds account for 0.12% of the net assets as of the latest audited period, and 0.46% of the cash funds, with no significant adverse impact on the fundraising project. The company will handle the related litigation in accordance with the law.
