Midea Group: Completes Repurchase and Cancellation of 95 Million Shares

Midea Group announcement: As of December 8, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 135 million shares, accounting for 1.76% of the total share capital. The highest trading price was 83.11 yuan per share, the lowest trading price was 69.91 yuan per share, and the total amount paid was 10 billion yuan. According to the repurchase program, 70% or more of the repurchased shares will be used for cancellation and reduction of registered capital. Among them, 95 million shares will be cancelled and reduce the registered capital in accordance with the law, representing 1.23% of the total share capital before cancellation.
