Notice on the reduction or exemption of delivery fees and related expenses issued by Energy Department in the previous period.

The energy notice for the previous period, after research decision, starting from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026: - The delivery fee for each futures contract is temporarily exempted; - The handling fee for standard warehouse receipts used as margin is temporarily exempted; - The transaction fees for hedging trading of various commodities are halved; - Excluding high-frequency traders recognized by the Energy Center. The Energy Center may adjust according to market conditions.
