Hua Zhengxin announced that in order to support the business development of its subsidiary, it signed guarantee contracts on December 19, 2025 with the Zhuhai Branch of Bank of Communications and the Hangzhou Zhongan Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, providing joint and several liability guarantees for credit facilities of 150 million yuan for Zhuhai Huazheng and 25 million yuan for Zhejiang Huaju, without any counter-guarantee. The company had previously passed relevant guarantee proposals, so this guarantee falls within the approved limit and does not require further approval. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries to external parties is 3.798 billion yuan, accounting for 260.98% of the audited net assets for the year 2024, with no overdue guarantees.
