Clean Environment announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guorun Water participated in the bidding for 100% equity of Meishan Jinxiang. On December 12, 2025, Guorun Water successfully delisted, with a transaction price of 56.2 million yuan. Guorun Water signed a "Property Trading Contract" with the transferor, and the next day paid 50% of the transaction price of 28.1 million yuan and obtained the "Property Trading Certificate." Both parties agreed to staggered payments, with the remaining 28.1 million yuan requiring a guarantee and payment of interest. After completing the first installment payment, the industrial and commercial change registration will be completed within the specified time.
