After applying to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in accordance with Rule 18A.12 of the listing rules, the Stock Exchange has granted approval that Rules 18A.09 to 18A.11 (related rules) are not applicable to the company. However, the implementation can only be done after the completion of the merger.
