Tongfang Group announced that it held a board meeting on December 10, 2025 and agreed to renew a three-year "Financial Services Agreement" with its controlling shareholder, China National Nuclear Corporation's subsidiary, CNNC Finance Corporation. This constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. CNNC Finance Corporation has a registered capital of 4.386 billion yuan, total assets of 108.682 billion yuan as of the end of September 2025, revenue of 1.351 billion yuan and a net profit of 499 million yuan from January to September. The new agreement includes services such as deposits and loans, with the maximum daily deposit and loan balance not exceeding 8 billion and 10 billion yuan respectively from 2026 to 2028. This transaction will expand the financing channels and enhance capital efficiency.
