Singapore eVTOL developer Neo Aeronautics (NEOA.US) went to the United States for an IPO intending to raise $11 million.

According to Zhitong Finance and Economics App, Singapore-based eVTOL and conventional aircraft developer Neo Aeronautics (NEOA.US) submitted its IPO filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday, planning to raise up to $11 million through its initial public offering.
