The "Shenzhen-Hong Kong Car Express Plan" is officially implemented.

The "Shenzhen-Hong Kong Automobile Fast Pass Plan" has been launched in the Qianhai Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Under this model, domestically produced and exported new energy vehicles that meet regulatory requirements can apply to the Hong Kong customs and relevant government departments for vehicle import pre-approval and vehicle qualification approval before actually leaving the Shenzhen special supervision area. After the Hong Kong side completes the pre-approval procedures, the domestically produced new energy vehicles can officially declare and leave the country, arrive in Hong Kong via road transport, and quickly complete the licensing procedures for Hong Kong citizens to use upon arrival, saving over 70% of the time and storage costs compared to the traditional model of staying and storing in Hong Kong.
