HuaYi Technology announced that the company's 2025 fourth interim shareholders meeting will be held at 13:00 on December 29th at Building 13, 1388 Zhangdong Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, presided over by Chairman Li Yin. The meeting will consider three resolutions: first, the formulation and revision of the internal governance system applicable after the company's H-share issuance and listing, involving 4 system revisions including the "Independent Director System"; second, the election of Zhu Danqing as an independent director of the company's fourth board of directors; third, the determination of the types of directors of the company's fourth board of directors, including 4 executive directors such as Li Yin, 1 non-executive director Shen Hongchun, and 4 independent non-executive directors such as Zha Yinqun, with related resolutions to be voted upon at the shareholders meeting.
