The registered capital is 100 million yuan and the business scope includes the manufacturing of intelligent basic manufacturing equipment, integrated circuit chip design and services, integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing, and integrated circuit manufacturing, etc. According to the equity penetration of Qichacha, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Haibosi Chuang.
