Japan apologizes for failed rocket launch.

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency officially announced that the 8th launch of the new generation mainstay H3 rocket failed this morning. The "Ebiru-5" satellite carried by it failed to enter its intended orbit, and the agency expresses its apologies for this. The agency earlier stated that after the launch, the rocket's second stage engine "burned out earlier than planned."
