Zhao Guide, Vice President of ICBC, stated at the "One-time Credit Repair Policy-related Press Conference" on December 22 that the one-time credit repair policy is an important measure taken by the People's Bank of China to help the public efficiently and conveniently rebuild credit. ICBC actively participated in the relevant work of formulating the policy. The one-time credit repair policy not only responds to the public's demand for credit rebuilding, but also provides an important opportunity for commercial banks to improve the quality and efficiency of financial services. Zhao Guide stated that, on one hand, the policy helps optimize credit decision-making. Personal credit decisions usually require a comprehensive evaluation of customer's asset conditions, risk levels, credit performance, etc., and the personal credit report provided by the credit reporting system is an important reference for credit approval, risk pricing, and post-loan management. The one-time credit repair policy can help commercial banks identify the true credit status of borrowers more accurately, and through implementing more effective credit deployment strategies, further enhance the precision and effectiveness of financial services.
