It mentions actively undertaking the institutional innovation tasks of the Hainan Cross-border E-commerce Pilot Zone, supporting the construction of cross-border e-commerce live-streaming selection centers in comprehensive bonded zones, Jiangdong New Area, and Fuxing City, accelerating the construction of digital processing and trade zones, national cultural export bases, vigorously developing new digital service formats such as digital processing and trade, and promoting innovation and development in digital service trade.
