Mintel Electronics announced that by the year 2025, the power semiconductor wafer foundry factory, Guangxin Microelectronics, is in a phase of benign expansion: the product output has increased from 6,000 pieces/month at the beginning of the year to 40,000 pieces/month by the end of the year, order quantity has risen from 10,000 pieces/month at the beginning of the year to over 40,000 pieces/month in November, and the number of mass production and sample customers has increased from 6 at the beginning of the year to more than ten currently, with several new customers in ongoing discussions and introduction; the wafer factory is currently operating at full capacity, and will continue to steadily expand production in the future.
