New stock news | Megawatt Electromechanical (003021.SZ) submits a second listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

According to the Wise Wealth Finance APP, on December 19, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed that Shenzhen Zhaowei Electrical and Mechanical Co., Ltd. (Zhaowei Electric) (003021.SZ) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CMB International Securities and Deutsche Bank are its joint sponsors. It is worth noting that Zhaowei Electric's Hong Kong IPO prospectus submitted on June 18 will expire on December 18. The prospectus shows that based on 2024 revenue, Zhaowei Electric is China's largest provider of integrated micro transmission and drive system products and the world's fourth largest provider (according to the Frost & Sullivan report), with market shares of 3.9% and 1.4% respectively.
