Irish helicopter leasing company GDHF announces acquisition of NHV Group.

On December 19th local time, Irish-based helicopter leasing company GD Helicopter Finance announced that it has signed an acquisition agreement with the NHV Group. Following the fulfillment of standard closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, the acquisition is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. NHV, headquartered in Ostend, Belgium, specializes in Business-to-Business helicopter services and has a team of more than 450 employees.
