US stock market abnormal fluctuations | Popular Chinese concept stocks generally rise, Pony.ai (PONY.US) up nearly 7%

According to the Securities Times APP, on Friday, the NASDAQ Golden Dragon Index rose by 0.9%, with popular Chinese concept stocks generally up. Pony.ai (PONY.US) surged nearly 7%, XPeng Motors (XPEV.US) rose by over 6%, Pinduoduo climbed nearly 6%, NIO (LI.US) and Hozon Auto (HSAI.US) rose by over 3%, and Baidu (BIDU.US) increased by 2%. In terms of news, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially announced on December 15th the first batch of L3 conditional autonomous driving vehicle models to be granted access in China. Two models designed for urban congestion and highway driving will start pilot operations in designated areas in Beijing and Chongqing, marking a significant step for China's L3 autonomous driving from testing to commercial application.
