China Shenhua (01088.HK) plans to increase its capital by 6 billion yuan to National Energy Group Finance Co., Ltd.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, China Shenhua (01088.HK) announced, on December 19, 2025, the board of directors has reviewed and approved the capital increase matter. The company plans to sign a capital increase agreement with the State Energy Group and the State Energy Group Finance Co., Ltd. (Finance Company), according to which, the Finance Company will increase its registered capital by RMB 15 billion, with the State Energy Group and the company subscribing to the cash in proportion to their respective shareholding ratios. The State Energy Group and the company will each contribute RMB 9 billion and RMB 6 billion, respectively, all of which will be included in the registered capital of the Finance Company.
