CITIC Securities (06030.HK) appoints Zhang Changyi as an executive director.

Zhixin Securities (06030.HK) announced that, following the election at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Zhang Changyi has been appointed as executive director, Ms. Li Yi, Mr. Liang Dan, and Mr. Zhang Xuejun as non-executive directors, and Mr. Liu Qiao and Ms. Li Lanbing as independent non-executive directors of the company's eighth board of directors. Their term will start on December 19, 2025, and end on the day when the eighth board of directors completes its term.
