Zhixun Financial APP News, Sanyuan Stock (600429.SH) announced that, in order to further focus on its main responsibilities and core businesses, the company plans to transfer 10% equity of Beijing Sanyuan Dehong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanyuan Dehong") to Beijing Nanjiao Farm Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanjiao Farm") at a transaction price of 26.85 million yuan according to the evaluation value. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any shares in Sanyuan Dehong.
