Zhongtong Financial APP News, JS Global Life (01691.HK) announced that Ms. Sun Jiaen has resigned as the company secretary and no longer serves as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and as the legal process agent in Hong Kong under Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules to accept legal documents and notices on behalf of the company (collectively referred to as the "legal process agent"), effective from December 19, 2025. In addition, Ms. Zhu Jiaying (who possesses the necessary professional qualifications and relevant experience as required by Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules) has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from December 19, 2025.
